In fashion, I adore the color black. I have fair skin, blond hair and blue eyes, so black clothing is a sharp contrast to my coloring. Not to mention, black clothes tend to look hip, vogue and regal!  Perhaps more than any other piece of clothing, the little black dress is the “must have” garment for every woman’s closet.

A great feature of the little black dress is that your look can be dressed up or dressed down, depending on the occasion. Are you going somewhere casual? Perhaps wear black ballerina flats and minimal jewelry. Are you going to a formal affair? Wear black high-heeled pumps or platform stilettos. For the jewelry, either lots of gold or lots of silver, whatever your preference. To really add luscious glamour to your little black dress, adorn yourself in diamonds and/or pearls. Rubies anyone?
